WATER IN2 WINE is a  group made up of Jonathan and Aaron Ashlock.  Jonathan and Aaron were born to missionary parents in Brazil S. A. as well as living for several years in the Philippine Islands.  They left Brazil and began their studies at Indiana Wesleyan University in 1996.  While at the University they began holding concerts and continued developing their gifts in music ministry.

Aaron has been blessed with not just singing ability but also in song writing. They produced their first CD in August of 2000 which included several of Aaron’s originals as well as some favorites such as "At the Cross", " Mary Did You Know" and "I Pledge Allegiance".

Jonathan is blessed with a great sensitivity to the spirit. His testimony of God's limitless grace and his rich voice bring those who hear him into worship with our Savior.

Together they bring to each concert beautiful harmony, a spirit of worship and a rich inspirational style of music. Their mission and passion is to bring glory to God! You are sincerely invited to come and be ministered to as they lift up Christ in song and music.

Aaron's Testimony

To understand my testimony one can listen to the songs that I have written, especially THANK YOU MOTHER. One evening in Brazil, when I was about 14 years old, I was in my room thinking of the things that had gone on that day.  God spoke to my heart.  I realized  I had to make a decision about the way that I would live my life.  As I remember it, I asked my mother to join me in the room. It was there that I gave my heart to Jesus Christ. The road at times has been a struggle. Doing what is right has not always been easy, but I would choose no other way.  I am confident that God will see me through and continue to open doors for ministry to which He has called me. I will always endeavor to give all the glory to Him.

Jonathan's Testimony

I was born in Brazil, South America with many birth defects. God, however, in His mercy touched me and from that point on, as a baby, God began the healing process. One doctor remarked to my parents that when God does something He does it well.   I am so thankful that He gave me a physical touch.

More importantly when I was eight years old, during a revival service, I received the spiritual touch when I asked Jesus into my heart.  It is so nice to have a Friend like Jesus that is always by your side with his arms wide open.  The Bible says that He will never leave us or forsake us.  The only thing that we should worship in this world is Jesus Christ.  My only goal in life is to be a man of God.  I want to serve Him 110%.  I love Him with all my strength, soul, and mind.

The ministry that my brother and I have is a calling from God.  I want to share God's love with other people through the talents that He has given me.  One of my favorite verses in the Bible is one that I came upon recently. It simply says in Micah 6:8 "He has shown you O man what is good and what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God."
